GRANT FUNDING OPTION
In certain cases, grant funds secured by Atrium 916 may cover the costs of the activation, subject to meeting grant criteria. If you would like to be considered for this please mark in the notes above how this event serves an underserved community and how our activity would bring benefit.
WEATHER CONTINGENCY PLAN
In the event of adverse weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, strong winds), both parties will work together to determine a suitable contingency plan. This may include rescheduling the event to an alternative date or relocating the activation to an indoor venue, if available.
HEALTH AND SAFETY:
The Client agrees to comply with all relevant health and safety regulations applicable to the event location. This includes ensuring adequate provisions for crowd control, emergency exits, and first aid facilities.
MARKETING & PROMOTION
Both parties may collaborate on marketing and promotion efforts for the event. The Client agrees to credit the Atrium in regards to the Zero Waste Mobile Art Café in promotional materials and communications related to the activation.
FEEDBACK
The Client agrees to provide feedback on the activation experience, which may include testimonials, photos, or videos for promotional purposes. This feedback will be used solely to improve future activations and may be shared.
INDEMNIFICATION
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Zero Waste Mobile Art Café, Atrium 916, and their respective representatives, from and against any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to the event, except to the extent caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of the Zero Waste Mobile Art Café.
