Completing this registration will allow us to reserve a room at the resort on your behalf. If you plan to bring a spouse/guest, you will need to register both you and your spouse/guest individually. There will be clear instructions for registering your guest once you've completed your information on this first page.

Hotel Selection
It is our pleasure to provide complimentary hotel accommodations at The Ritz-Carlton Naples, Tiburón for 3 nights, checking in Thursday, February 27, 2025, and checking out Sunday, March 2, 2025.

If you would like to extend your stay immediately after the event, a special group rate may be available for up to 3 nights after the event.

Unfortunately, due to limited availability at the resort, we are not available to offer the group rate if you'd like to extend your stay immediately before to the event.
