2024 Theatrical Workforce Development Program Information Session Registration

Roundabout Theatre Company's Theatrical Workforce Development Program aims to break down the barriers that prevent young adults from joining the technical theater industry and empower a diverse new generation of theatre professionals. Participants are not required to have a background in theater arts.

Applicants should be current NYC residents, 18-24 years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent,  eager to gain a knowledge in technical theater.

At the information session, you will get more details about the program, have an opportunity to meet with current Fellows, and participate in a sample training class. Please note that attending an information session is a required first step in the application process. Our next group of participants, Cohort 7, start in Fall 2024.

Attending an information session is a mandatory part of the application process for each cohort.
