Registration is open through July 31, 2024.

Audition Registration
Auditions for the 2024-25 Season are held in-person or online.

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION DUE DATES:
  • Register by May 20 to audition on June 17
  • Register by June 10 to audition on July 22
  • Register by July 31 to audition on August 15, 16, and 17th
  • Register by July 31 to audition online
Indicate if you are planning to audition in person or by submitting an online video below. For Online auditions, select "Online Submission" and choose your group based on instrument and age.

IMPORTANT INFO FOR IN-PERSON AUDITIONS:
  • Instruments are organized into brackets of time by age and audition day. Not all instruments and age groups audition on every day.
  • Select your audition day below, based on instrument, age, and your student's availability. 
  • Once this registration form is submitted, the preferred auditions times you enter below (both the preferred time and alternates), are final and cannot be altered.
  • You may also enter schedule conflicts or time requests in the field provided below. We cannot guarantee that schedule requests will be accommodated.
  • Audition time slot requests are processed in the order in which they are received.
  • Audition time slot confirmation emails with your student's specific 10 minute audition time will be sent out by the following dates:
    • June 17 audition details will be emailed by June 3
    • July 22 audition details will be emailed by July 8
    • August 15, 16, & 17 audition details will be emailed by August 8
  • Audition time slots are final.
Be sure to include alternate dates that work with your schedule.

IMPORTANT INFO FOR ONLINE AUDITIONS:
  • Online instructions will be sent via email within two weeks of registration.
  • Virtual submissions must be received no later than August 10, 2024.

Violin audition spots for July 22 are limited. Violin registrations that come in after spots fill for those days will be contacted by administration with other options.

All violin audition spots for June 17 and July 22 are FULL.









Note: alternate days must still include your instrument and age group. Any alternate days listed here that do not include your age or instrument group will not be considered.
