OPTION II:  A SCREEN GRAB FROM YOUR ONLINE BANKING PLATFORM - log into your online banking platform and find where this information is hidden. 

NOTE:  No two online banking platforms seem to handle this the same way.  For example: I have Bank of America, and I always have to use the "HELP"menu and request "find my account and routing numbers."

Once you find your account and routing numbers, take a screen shot of the information, and upload it using the "browse" and "submit" buttons below.
