Details:

Space is limited to 50 people
Price per person: Early Bird Price $50. Feb.15th the price increases to $60.
As this is a fundraiser, all donations are non-refundable. However tickets are transferable to another person for this event.
Children are welcome as long as they are accompanied by an adult. Both must have a paid seat.
FRIEND REQUEST DEADLINE: Feb 22nd - ALL registration forms must be submitted by Feb 22nd to allow us time to make the seating chart. After that date we will try our best but cannot guarantee your request.

NOT INCLUDED:

Electricity: Due to the layout of the church there is no way to have electricity at each spot. There will be a charging station for you to charge your devices and use your machine there.
Lunch: There are many places near by to get lunch, or you can brown bag it.
Soft Drinks/Water: Soft drinks/water will be available for sale.

**Friend requests MUST be made by Feb 22nd to be guaranteed. After that we will try our best to accommodate your request. Please list the names of everyone in your group, separated with a comma. If you do not have a request please put none and we will seat you with a friendly group. Everyone in your group will be seated in a general section. You decide who sits where within that section. *Children are welcome at our day events when accompanied by an adult. Both must purchase a ticket.

Cancellation Policy

Crop for a Cause Cancellation Policy: As this is a fundraiser, donations are non-refundable, however all tickets are transferable to another guest. Please email us with the person's name and email so we can get all info to them. We reserve the right to cancel or move the event to another location.
