Many people misunderstand what a mental health condition is and don't talk about this topic or seek professional help. How do we remove the negative stigma in our community? How do we encourage good mental health and the use of counseling and mental health improvement resources? Have you or someone in your family had to overcome this challenge and how do you empower mental wellness in the Black community?
