  • Metrocrest Services’ Sack Summer Hunger program provides healthy, easy-to-prepare breakfast, lunch, and snacks for children who qualify for free or reduced meals during the school year.
  • During the summer, weekly meal bags with a combination of pantry items and fresh foods are distributed to students’ homes by a dedicated corps of church partners and Metrocrest Services volunteers.
  • Every Saturday morning, a volunteer will deliver a week’s worth of breakfast and lunch items to your home. You MUST be home to accept the items. We cannot leave them unattended. If you need to pick up your items, you may do so at Metrocrest Services’ Food Pantry. 
  • All communication will be done via email please make sure you add a valid email address 
Before submitting the application, you must attach the following documents:
  • Proof of residency: This can include a utility bill, lease agreement, mortgage statement, or any other official document showing your current address.
  • Identification for the student(s) being registered: This may include a school ID card, birth certificate, passport, or any other official document verifying the identity of the student(s).

Metrocrest Services provides short-term emergency assistance to improve life situations of residents.

To start the process of receiving services, please fill out the following pre-screening application to help match you with the program(s) that will best fit your need. Assistance and referrals are subject to program eligibility and availability. The entire form should take 5-10 minutes to complete.

After filling out the application, it will take 3-5 business days for a navigator to reach out to you with the contact information you provide.
Metrocrest Services provides help to people who live in Addison, Carrollton, Coppell, Farmers Branch, and the city of Dallas in Denton County (ZIP code 75287). Additionally, we serve any family who have children in Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD and Coppell ISD.

1. I am a member of the household living at the address provided and, on behalf of the household, I apply for USDA Foods that are distributed through The Emergency Food Assistance Program.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation.
