C100 Programs

Fellows: For Founders in Early Stages (<$5M in revenue)

The C100 Fellows Program, which begins with our flagship 48Hrs event in Silicon Valley, empowers early-stage Canadian founders through mentorship and a strong community of like-minded entrepreneurs who share our belief that Canada can produce category-defining companies. This program is for founders who are looking to surround themselves with other top founders and thrive on community engagement, insight sharing, and continuous learning amongst leading technology leaders.
Growth: For Scale-stage Companies

C100 Growth is for fast-growing companies which have the potential to become global category leaders. These companies often have raised Series A or B funding and project a revenue run rate of $10 million or more by the end of 2024.

This new program–no fees, no equity–provides twelve months of comprehensive support for high-growth companies with customized mentoring, in-person and online workshops that address common scaling challenges, role-based peer groups, and access to an extensive ecosystem of global-scaling experts.

Fellows 2022 Applications Open

The C100 Fellows Program empowers Canada’s most promising early-stage founders as they build category-defining companies in Canada.

The annual fellowship provides these high-potential entrepreneurs with unparalleled access to world-class mentorship and a risk-embracing community of like-minded builders. The program features two immersive experiences in the Bay Area - called “48Hrs in the Valley” - where Fellows are exposed to the Silicon Valley mindset and mentoring with C100’s network of the best Bay Area entrepreneurs, operators, and investors. This unprecedented programming is reinforced throughout the year by additional in-person and online gatherings featuring leading technology figures, designed to foster continuous support and engagement within the cohort.

C100 Fellows leave the program empowered, enriched, and inspired to become global leaders and make a meaningful impact on society.

Applications close June 16, 2024.

Founder Details

This is your chance to bring your written application to life and let us know the real person behind the startup. Through a short video, share with us why you believe C100 is the catalyst for your growth as a founder and how the Fellows Program can help elevate your company.
Founder Video
Begin your 2-minute video with a warm introduction to yourself or your founding team, showcasing your company's mission succinctly. In the remaining time, address two of the following prompts that resonate most with you:
  • Current Needs & Challenges: What are your most pressing needs as a founder? Share the challenges that keep you up at night and how you are addressing them.
  • Motivation to join the Fellowship: Why is this the right time for you to join the 2024 Fellows cohort? Convey your reasons and what you aim to achieve through the program.
  • Contribution to the Community: If selected, what unique skills or experiences would you bring to the cohort? Describe the superpower you can offer to elevate the collective experience of your fellow founders.

Additional Guidelines:
  1. Ensure your video is no longer than 2 minutes; concise and impactful insights are valued.
  2. Speak directly into the camera—we want to connect with you, not a script. Select a quiet environment to ensure audio clarity. Do not worry about production value; we're interested in your content, not your editing skills.
  3. When uploading your video, services like YouTube, Vimeo, or Loom links (setting it to 'Unlisted') are preferred.

Help us understand your product, your users, why it is important to them, and the impact it will make. We’re keen to understand the long-term vision for your company and the leaders on your founding team.

Growth 2024 Applications Open

The C100 Growth Program provides founders, CEOs and their leadership teams with the expert support they need to achieve global success.

The program is designed to address the opportunities and obstacles facing rapidly expanding Canadian tech businesses. It includes access to later-stage, risk-tolerant capital; experienced talent capable of navigating rapid growth in global markets; and personalized mentoring for participating companies’ entire senior leadership team.

By applying, your company commits to active participation in our program, sending a leadership team of 2-3 people—ideally including the CEO/Founder—to attend approximately six in-person workshops over the course of 10 months. These sessions are hosted in major North American tech hubs such as Palo Alto/Silicon Valley, New York, and Toronto, typically running from Wednesday evening to Friday afternoon. Each workshop features skill-building sessions led by world-class experts and speakers from our network and networking events designed to foster connections within your cohort and the broader C100 community.

Applications close on June 30, 2024.

Companies that successfully pass the written phase of the application process will be invited to participate in a short interview in August. Approximately ten companies will be selected to join the Growth Program, starting in September 2024.
