Future Chefs empowers Boston youth to take charge of their future by providing opportunities to lead and to develop the skills needed to grow in their personal and professional life beyond high school. During our 8-week summer jobs program, youth develop their culinary, essential skill, and leadership skills as they work to create a Pop-up Cafe. 

Orientation will be June 24th -26th. Future Chefs will offer a morning cohort that will meet Monday - Thursday from 8:30 am - 1:30 pm, and the afternoon cohort will meet Monday - Thursday from 1:00 pm - 5:30 pm. On most Fridays, both cohorts meet from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm and participate in team-building and leadership activities, field trips, and community gatherings.  As a reminder, youth will be paid a rate of $15.50/hour.
