REMUNERATION REPORT



CONDITIONS

  • All motivations for nominations must be submitted on the official SARA nomination form.
  • Entries are only open to companies resident in South Africa.
  • Non-SARA members may participate. An entry fee of R450-00 will be charged for entries from organisations that are not members of SARA.
  • Nominations will be evaluated against strict criteria and high industry standards.
  • A copy of the remuneration report being nominated must be appended to the official SARA nomination form.
  • Consultants are not eligible to be nominated however they are eligible to nominate.
  • The final winner will be selected by an independent panel of judges, subsequent to a SARA screening and validation process.
  • The ruling of the independent panel of judges for each category will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • The winner will be announced at the SARA Reward Awards on 2 November 2024.
  • The remuneration report must have been published online or in hard copy format on or before 30 June 2024 and must relate to the company’s financial year ending on or before 31 March 2024.
  • The closing date/time for submitting nominations is 16 August 2024 (by 12-noon).
  • An organisation that has a shareholder vote of less than 75% on either policy or implementation, will not be eligible for participation in the award.
