Final Installment Review Form

6 months after you receive your final grant installment, you need to provide an updated expense account and receipts. For more information on the purpose of this review and what Resolution is looking for, please see this document. We highly recommend that you re-read the Use of Grant and Finance Guidelines to refresh yourself on Resolution policies. 

In this form we ask you to detail your previous spending of your Resolution grant. This method of reporting will give you experience in reporting to funders, realistically budgeting, and diligently tracking your venture's finances. The more detail you provide, the better!
