Final Installment Review Form

6 months after you receive your final grant installment, you need to provide an updated expense account and receipts. For more information on the purpose of this review and what Resolution is looking for, please see this document. We highly recommend that you re-read the Use of Grant and Finance Guidelines to refresh yourself on Resolution policies.

In this form we ask you to detail your previous spending of your Resolution grant. This method of reporting will give you experience in reporting to funders, realistically budgeting, and diligently tracking your venture's finances. The more detail you provide, the better!

The update should be approximately 150 words and written in the third-person. If you have a new location to add, please make sure to include it in your description below.

Please upload your full venture budget and expenditure report with all receipts. As a reminder, all Fellows are required to use this template (please see the written instructions or video for more information). The budget must include all installments.
