RecyclingWorks Spring 2024 Forum

RecyclingWorks in Massachusetts is hosting a hybrid (in-person or virtual attendance) Spring Forum on Monday June 10th at UMass Dartmouth. The forum will spotlight businesses and institutions with strong waste reduction initiatives in place. The Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP) and RecyclingWorks will share resources to help businesses and institutions comply with the Commercial Food Material Disposal Ban and updates on the development of best management practices for transitioning to reusable takeout containers. Additional presenters will highlight successful programs and best practices to divert food scraps and organics from disposal. All Massachusetts businesses and institutions are encouraged to attend. More agenda details to follow!
