Invited Non-Members
Your organization is a sponsor or friend of NAMT, and has been invited to attend the Fall Conference as well as the Festival of New Musicals. You may register for the Fall Conference (in person or online) and/or the Festival of New Musicals. You may combine in person and online attendees (including separate attendees for the Conference and for the Festival, or the Conference online with the Festival in person) on a single form.

If your organization is a sponsor of the Fall Events, you will see questions related to your sponsorship as you register.

If this doesn't describe you, or you are not an employee of one of the organizations below (e.g. you're a TCG member, but not on their staff), please go back and select a different option above.

NAMT Associate Members
NAMT Associate Members in good standing may use this form to register themselves for the Fall Conference in person or online, and/or the Festival of New Musicals in person.

Please select your name from the list below. Associate Memberships are individual and the benefits are not transferable. (If you would like to register additional colleagues for the Festival, please submit this form for yourself, then return and register them as non-members as needed. Non-members may attend the Conference by invitation only.)

NAMT Student Members

Players Program Donors
NAMT Player Program Donors may register for the Fall Conference in person or online and/or the Festival of New Musicals in person. We will be in touch about other Players events during the week.

NAMT Festival Alumni
NAMT Festival Alumni are writers who have had a show in a past Festival of New Musicals, or participants in our Observer program. We are happy to invite our Festival Alumni to the Festival, either in person or online, separate from our other industry requirements for non-Members.

Festival Alumni receive General passes to the Festival by default. You will see options to donate to help support the Festival and receive an upgraded pass if you like.

We're going to ask for your name again on the next page. It's a database thing, sorry to double up!

Non-Members

We ask that industry professionals who are not members of NAMT provide your affiliation with another professional organization/group/network, such as TCG, The Broadway League, LORT, ART/NY, etc. We define an industry member as anyone currently working professionally in the theatre who can aid in the development of the shows or the careers of the writers we present. Please select the applicable professional organization(s) below. (If you don't belong to any of these service organizations but believe you qualify to attend, please email info@namt.org and we'll be happy to help!)

Non-Industry may make a donation of $250 or more to receive a special Pass to attend the Festival with VIP benefits. Please continue registration below to do so.


Alternatively, non-industry lines for those unable to register start 20 minutes prior to each reading. Non-industry standby seating is limited and is not guaranteed. Do not register if you wish to do non-industry standby! Just arrive at New World Stages 20 minutes prior to the reading(s) you wish to attend.

On the next page, we'll collect information for each person from your organization attending the Festival of New Musicals and/or Fall Conference. You may register multiple people for any combination of events, online or in-person (capacity permitting) using this one form. We must have a unique email address for each attendee so that we can set up their login on our online events platform (even for in-person attendees) and contact them with important pre-event information, so please be sure to register each individual who plans to attend.

Registering more than one person from your organization? Using this form, you may register up to 10 people at once. (If you need to register more than 10 people you can come back for another round; 10 is a technical limitation on our end.) Look for the link at the end of each person's info to add another. For each attendee, you'll be able to specify whether they'll be joining us for the Festival, Conference or both, and in person or online, all on this form.

On the next page, we'll collect information about the people from your organization who will be attending the Festival of New Musicals. We must have a unique email address for each attendee so that we can contact them with important pre-event information and give them access to our events app, so please be sure to register each individual who plans to attend.

In-Person Conference Registration

Please see the Fall Conference webpage for full pricing details. Multiple attendee discounts will be applied at the end of this form on the next page, and are only guaranteed when registering all participants at the same time using the same form, though we will do our best to honor discounts on separate registrations.


We will work with our caterer and do our best to accommodate dietary requests as much as possible, and will request vegetarian and gluten-free options whenever food is served. Due to the nature of group events, quantities may be limited and we can't guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Organizational Member Festival Passes
NAMT member organizations receive a limited number of complimentary Premiere Passes, which provide priority seating, admission to the Festival closing party and Midday Cabarets; as well as Select Passes, which provide all of the above except admission to the closing party.

Access Pass Confirmation
Seating at the Festival is general admission and is not guaranteed. Access Pass holders are seated in the mezzanine. Premiere and Select Pass holders are the first to enter for each presentation through the downstairs entrance, and have the best networking experience. Plus your gift supports the Festival and the work that NAMT does throughout the year for the musical theatre field.
