Package Information

We are looking forward to having world language elementary, secondary, and postsecondary educators from all over California. Please refer to the Conference Exhibit Booths, Sponsorship, and Advertising document for a complete list of opportunities available & costs during the 2025 Conference in San Diego Mission Valley. The Exhibit dates are March 8-9. The booths will be set up Thursday morning, March 7th. You & your colleagues should be able to start setting up your booth by 1:00 pm

Includes up to 4 representatives

Company Information
When this form is submitted and payment is received, this form becomes a contractual agreement for exhibit space at the CLTA 2025 Conference at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Mission Valley.

Terms & Conditions

The DoubleTree San Diego Mission Valley requires all exhibitors to have general liability insurance and to indemnify the hotel and CLTA. The Hotel is not asking for any specific amount of liability insurance that a company must have.  If your company does not normally carry liability insurance, there are insurance providers that sell policies for a single event. Please go to the Exhibitor webpage to find a few possible insurance companies. Below is the exact wording that the hotel requires in CLTA’s Terms and Conditions:

  • Exhibitor Responsibility Clause: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the person/legal entity described as “Exhibitor” in this clause and in this exhibitor contract (regardless whether such person/legal entity is also described as “Exhibitor” in this contract) hereby assumes full responsibility and agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Doubletree San Diego Mission Valley (“Hotel”) and Hotel’s owners, managers, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees and agents (collectively, “Hotel Parties”), as well as CLTA 2025 Annual Conference (“Group”), from and against any and all claims or expenses arising out of Exhibitor’s use of the Hotel’s exhibition premises.   Exhibitor agrees to obtain and maintain during the use of the exhibition premises, Comprehensive General Liability Insurance, including contractual liability covering the Exhibitor’s indemnity obligations in this clause.  The Exhibitor understands that neither the Group nor the Hotel Parties maintain insurance covering the Exhibitor’s property and it is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor to obtain such insurance.  

Additionally:

  • Total payment must be received by February 21, 2025
  • No refunds will be made unless written notice of cancellation is received at least 10 days prior to the first day of the conference.  A nonrefundable $25 processing fee will be assessed
  • When this form is submitted and payment is received, this form becomes a contractual agreement for exhibit space at the CLTA 2025 Conference at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Mission Valley.
