Please Note: If you have already joined or renewed your CLTA and FLASCC Memberships for 2024-25 or if you are a student teacher, contact Evelyn Bejarano, CLTA Registrar at registrar@clta.net to find out the amount you owe for this event.
Terms and Conditions

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

All requests for refunds must be made in writing to Mireille McNabb (mireillemcn@gmail.com) no later than Oct. 18, 2024. No refund requests will be accepted after this date. Refunds will be processed after the Jamboree. Refund checks will be mailed to the address on the registration. Please allow 8 weeks for processing and will be subject to a $15 processing fee.


PLEASE NOTE: All PO's must be received by October 18, 2024. PO's will NOT be accepted on-site.

If your PO/District Check is not received BEFORE the date of the Jamboree, you ARE responsible for payment upon check-in at the event. You will be reimbursed once payment from your school/district is received. (CLTA is not responsible if your payment is mailed to an address other than the one listed below.)
