Please Note: Applicant must provide clear/legible copies of each of the documents listed below. You will have the option to upload these documents in the upload section of the application. 

Age verification: Current Texas Driver’s License or Texas ID. (Cannot be expired)

 Income Verification: Current, within the application year, and reflect the total income for the homeowner. You can submit:

1.    All applicable documents: Social Security Award letter, all paycheck stubs from last month’s wages, retirement, Pension, Veterans Affairs letter, Rental income from real/personal property, death benefits


Proof of Home Ownership: Copy of the current property taxes with the homeowner's name on it.

***If delinquent taxes exist, proof of a payment plan is also requires.
