Welcome to The Forge Initiative's Transitional Membership!


We're excited to continue building our community as we navigate the transition from our pandemic "bridge" to a more sustainable post-pandemic model. This transitional membership is designed to keep families engaged with TFI during this time of change, allowing you to stay connected and informed. When the new version of TFI is fully developed by the community, you'll be able to decide if you want to jump in with us.

Transition Member Benefits
Membership is billed monthly via autopay: $25/month for families, $15/month for individuals.

There’s an initial joining fee of $120 for families and $75 for individuals. However, if you're a 2023-2024 member and renew before November 1, 2024, this fee will be waived!


Please note: If you cancel and rejoin later, the joining fee will apply again. Active membership is required if you're currently enrolled in a TFI program.

Renewing: For those who were members in 2023-2024 and are renewing before Sept 30 2024. OR for those who are within 30 day grace period of their past monthly membership.

  1. TFI ID Recovery Form (LINK)
  2. Sign into the TFI Mobile App https://app.theforgeinitiative.org/ as the Primary Contact and you will find the HID/ PID for each person in your household on the profile page
