The Pawtucket/CF Impact Fund for Business Modernization and Revitalisation


Brought to you by Social Enterprise Greenhouse and Papitto Opportunity Connection, this fund is designed to provide entrepreneurs, small businesses, and nonprofits in Pawtucket and Central Falls with the necessary funds to modernize and grow their business. Our goal is to help businesses adapt and thrive in the evolving business landscape, empowering them to overcome current challenges and emerge stronger and more competitive in today's dynamic market.


We accept applications for up to $5,000 in funding to support any activity that will help a venture achieve its modernization goals. These include but are not limited to technology upgrades, digital transformation, process improvements, and training and development.


Grant Size: $1,000 -  $5,000


Eligibility Criteria:

Operates in and/or serves the Pawtucket/CF community

Owned or led by a historically excluded community member or economically disadvantaged group

Has an annual operating budget of under $250,000

Priority will be given to businesses and organizations that participate in GROW Pawtucket trainings

The information requested in this application is required in order to process your request for funding. Please complete or indicate N/A, “Not Applicable”, where necessary. A microgrant application is considered complete only when this application, and all required documentation have been submitted to Social Enterprise Greenhouse (SEG).

All information will be kept confidential and held for safekeeping by SEG.

The acceptance of this application by SEG or designee in no way constitutes approval or any commitment, on the part of SEG to approve funding.

SEG shall not be responsible for expenses incurred by the applicant in the preparation and submission of any request for funding.

Requests for funding will be approved or rejected at the sole discretion of SEG’s Capital Committee and SEG’s Board of Directors. Grant approval will be conditioned on the negotiation of an appropriate legal agreement between the applicant and may be conditioned on the availability of funds.
