Please review the Attendance Policy for the FEA Program and the pre-requisites for FEA Certification prior to submitting your application.

Pre-requisites for FEA Certification:

Has a core discipline of practice which is relevant or of value to advising families
Has at minimum an undergraduate degree, professional designation or the equivalent
Has attended each module and completed all requirements of the FEA Program
Prior to sitting the FEA exams, has completed the Application for FEA Certification form which includes a professional and criminal background disclosure and confidentiality agreement
Is committed to the field of Family Enterprise and the high ethical standards critical to earning and maintaining trust in the family enterprise advising profession and AND can substantiate this commitment through references and a one-on-one interview with an FEA adjudicator
Within 18 months of completing the FEA course work, has demonstrated through a rigorous examination process that they understand the content and critical teachings of the FEA Program AND can apply the theoretical learning to practice live cases
