Student Board

Responsibilities + Calendar 2025-2026 (FY26)

Individual members joining the Student Board commit to:

• Serve for at least one-year

• Raise awareness about sport- and play-based youth development on social media

• Attend quarterly meetings to more deeply understand UI’s work and the upcoming ways to support as a member of the Student Board

• Participate in the Coat Drive, Supply Drives, and Bus Campaign throughout the year

• Volunteer at least once per year to support UI programs

Fall Engagement Opportunities:

• Q1 virtual meeting: September 21, 2025, 4-4:45pm

• Connection Cup: September 27, 10am-2pm

• Coat Drive Fundraiser: October 3-October 24

• Q2 virtual meeting: November 16, 2025, 4-4:45pm

Spring Engagement Opportunities: 

• Q3 virtual meeting: March 22, 4-4:45pm

• Bus Campaign Fundraiser: spring date TBD

• Q4 virtual meeting: May 3, 4-4:45pm

• Community Play Cup: Saturday, May 16, 8:30am-2pm

• Corporate Challenge Cup: Saturday, July 18, 8:30am-3pm

Overall, give or get $500 to support the organization each fiscal year (August - July) 

• Monetary values are assigned for all participation and recruitment opportunities, in addition to any tangible dollars earned on behalf of UI
