The Future Leaders in Public Service Internship Program offers both Washington, DC-based opportunities, as well as fully remote opportunities. Which option best describes the types of opportunities you are seeking?

I am seeking in-person opportunities and currently live in or plan to relocate to the Washington, DC area.I am seeking fully remote opportunities and cannot relocate to Washington, DC.

Please describe your motivation for this program and your interest in participating in an opportunity with the federal government.

Describe 1-2 major accomplishments that you have achieved so far and the impact these accomplishments have had on your life.

Describe a time where you demonstrated leadership skills and qualities. What did you learn from that experience and how has it shaped your leadership style?

By typing my initials, I acknowledge that if selected to participate in the Future Leaders in Public Service Internship Program during Summer 2025, the program will run 10-12 weeks, beginning early June and concluding mid/late August- (based on the specific internship's end date.) I understand I'd be required to work an average of 32-40 hours/week for 10-12 weeks in order to satisfy program requirements. I understand that my specific schedule will be negotiated with my internship supervisor, though hours are most likely to occur between 9am - 5pm.
