By submitting an application to participate as a vendor at any event organized by The Center, I (Vendor) accept full responsibility for all liability for any damage to persons or property arising from my participation. I understand that The Center and its agents or authorized representatives are not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury to the vendor, its employees, its agents, or its property that may occur during the event.

Photography Consent
This event will be photographed. By participating I grant permission to Center to record my image/voice for The Center’s use in Center materials, its designee or partner’s materials. I understand that my statements, video clips and stills of my image and voice may be used in part or in whole in publications including videos, newsletters, promotional materials, advertisements, websites, in fundraising materials, email and social media (such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr, YouTube and any other site The Center uses). I relinquish any and all rights to The Center for the use of my statements, image and/or voice in Center materials, in any media related to promotion and in any other manner The Center deems appropriate.
