Who Qualifies for Membership?
Grounded Solutions Network members are United States-based nonprofit organizations, public agencies, and individuals that share our vision of inclusive and equitable communities and commit to advancing the principles of inclusion, lasting affordability in housing, stewardship, and racial equity in our collaborative work.
Members are actively engaged in supporting and implementing policies that ensure that housing—both rental and homeownership—remains affordable over the long-term. Members are also actively engaged in forming, operating, monitoring, advocating for, partnering with, or investing in programs that ensure that housing remains affordable over the long term.
2025 Membership Dues
NEW in 2025: We’re introducing
a multi-year membership option for organizations and individuals that wish to secure their membership for three years (until the end of 2027).
Members that choose the multi-year membership option will not only lock in
current membership rates but will also receive a 10% discount. If you have any
questions about this option, please email membership@groundedsolutions.org.
Please note that our membership operates on a calendar year basis. A single year (2025 only) membership is valid until December 31, 2025, regardless of when you purchase the membership. A multi-year (2025, 2026, and 2027) membership is valid until December 31, 2027, regardless of when you purchase the membership.

the purpose of this application, the term “government” will also apply to
public agencies and municipalities.
- Individuals
must pay by credit card. Organizations can pay by credit card or check, but we strongly encourage paying by credit card.

business email from or about you to help us support our nonprofit mission and
serve our membership. We may, in our sole discretion, share information
collected in this form with Grounded Solutions Network members, researchers,
