REALITY Israel Microgrants support alumni-led initatives worldwide that aim to:- Introduce new people to Israel: Introduce new audiences to different aspects of Israeli life, culture, and society. This can be through an event, a Sshabbat dinner, a speaker, etc.
- Build partnerships with Israelis, Israeli companies, or Israeli NGOs
- Foster nuanced conversations around Israel: Create spaces for open dialogue that reflect diverse perspectives.
- Build cross-cultural connections and bridges through sharing stories and experiences, while introducing new people to the REALITY Israel Journey.
For 2025-2026 Israel Microgrants, we ask that you plan your event with a recruitment lens. We request that you dedicate a time during your event to:
- Share your personal experience as a REALITY participant to inspire others. If other REALITY alumni are present, please encourage them to share their experiences as well.
- Provide information about the upcoming REALITY 2026 Journeys. Please refer to our one-pager to learn more about the 2026 REALITY Journeys.
- Once your grant is approved, you will receive a congratulatory email containing a link to the REALITY 2026 journeys application. Please forward this link to up to three individuals who you believe would be strong candidates.
- Please ensure that at least 50% of the participants you plan to invite are non-Reality Alumni and may potentially be candidates for Journey 2026.
To start your application, please select your project type.
