Starting December 2, 2024, in order to participate in the ARC program and access its resources, both current users and new registrants must be enrolled in an active cohort. This process ensures that Exchange Alumni maximize the platform’s benefits during the designated cohort period.

To maintain access, all alumni must register for a cohort before the stated deadline. Failure to do so will result in the loss of ARC access. If you believe you will miss the deadline, you can request an extension by enrolling in the next available cohort.

If you are filling out this form, you have previously had ARC access or received access prior to December 2 (cohort implementation date). 

Please keep in mind, that after completing this form, you will be added to the cohort by 11:59 pm on the date of the start of the cohort course run date you have chosen.

UPDATE: Due to ARC access, after September 4, 2025 11:59 ET, all new and returning ARC users will be added to a waitlist.
