If you need to make changes to your registration after it has already been submitted, you have the option to (1) transfer your registration at the same level to another person, (2) downgrade your registration (e.g. full in-person conference registration to a single day registration), or (3) request a refund. Once payment has been made, the following refund schedule is in effect.
Refunds
Once payment has been made, the following refund schedule is in effect.- If cancelled or downgraded by April 16, 2025 = 75% refund
- If cancelled or downgraded after April 16, 2025 and on or before May 7, 2025 = 50% refund
- There will be no refunds after May 7, 2025.
Transfers
- Registrations can be transferred at the same level to another person at no cost through May 26, 2025.
