Available sponsor and exhibitor options are listed below. For a full summary of benefits for each sponsorship level, please refer to the 2025 Sponsor and Exhibitor Benefit Packet. Applications are due April 30, 2025.


Note about exhibitor space: The in-person exhibitor hall has reached capacity. However, exhibitor space is reserved for sponsors at the "Silver Spur," "Lone Star Legend," and "Heart of Texas" sponsorship levels. Please select any of these options to secure an in-person exhibitor booth and many other great benefits! Alternatively, you can email annualconference@tnoys.org to be added to the exhibitor hall waitlist or sign up for a virtual exhibitor booth below.

Due Dates and Details
The following due dates help ensure smooth planning for the conference. These dates will also be sent in a follow up email. We are so grateful for your support of TNOYS’ 42nd Annual Conference on Services to Youth and Families! If you have concerns with meeting any of these deadlines, please let us know at annualconference@tnoys.org.
Logo
Please complete this form with a high-resolution copy of your logo to ensure your organization's name and logo are featured in our program. If necessary, please submit a revised logo by May 2, 2025.
Registrants 
This form does not automatically register you for the conference. TNOYS will request contact information for each complimentary registrant and additional booth staff (if applicable by sponsorship/exhibitor level).
Payment Due Date
Sponsor and exhibitor benefits are contingent upon payment and fees are non-refundable. You can use this form pay by credit card or request an invoice and pay by check. Payment must be received by May 2, 2025, to be included in the program and receive other benefits without prior approval from the conference team.
