CALL FOR PRESENTATIONS
Keep Texas Beautiful 58th Annual Conference
May 5-6, 2025
Austin, TX
Founded in 1967 as the Beautify Texas Council, Keep Texas Beautiful (KTB) is the oldest statewide environmental organization that brings together government, business, and grassroots representatives to achieve our mission of inspiring and empowering Texans to keep their communities clean and beautiful. Through our extensive partnerships and network of nearly 300 community affiliates, we have the ability to reach more than 18 million Texans. This is what makes KTB the leading environmental community improvement organization in the state.
The purpose of the Annual Conference is to provide high-quality education and networking opportunities for our affiliate communities. This three day, multi-track format offers attendees a variety of education sessions and interactive forums. Presentations are designed for all levels of experience and we look for a wide variety of topics.
The Evaluation Process
All proposed presentations will be evaluated for consideration based on the following criteria: educational in nature, relevant to the KTB mission and conference theme, overall quality of the proposal, and speaker qualifications. Final selections will be made in April, with all notifications going out at that time. You will be notified only if your presentation is selected.

Conference Goals
Our goals for the conference are simple but bold: To raise awareness in our focus areas of litter prevention, beautification, and waste reduction; to promote greater participation in community improvement and environmentally responsible behavior; and to recognize and honor more than 500 grassroots volunteers, community leaders, and businesses who work hard to keep Texas beautiful. This conference serves to provide our attendees with tools and best practices to utilize in their communities. We are proud to be a leader in the movement to promote environmental awareness and activism that will benefit our community, state, and nation and further economic development in communities all across Texas.
