Clearly state your project goal, including the question or hypothesis, as well as expected outcomes. Max: 2500 characters.

Describe the methods you will use in this project, and explain how these will help you achieve the project goals. Max: 7500 characters.

Define the stakeholders and partners of this project, and describe how they will be integrated into the project activities from inception to completion of the project. Max: 2500 characters.
