Terms and conditions for enrollment in the Career Navigation Program:



  1. Upholding AJAC Program Standards and Policies:
    • Participants must adhere to all standards and policies set forth by the AJAC program. This includes compliance with any guidelines related to conduct, participation, and the pursuit of professional development goals.

 

  1. Commitment to Transparency with Career Navigator and Employers:
    • Participants are expected to maintain open and honest communication with their Career Navigator and any current or potential employers. This includes being truthful about their qualifications, experiences, and career goals, as well as providing timely updates on their progress within the program.

 

  1. Maintenance of Professional Behavior:
    • Participants must demonstrate professional behavior at all times, both within the program and in any related employment or networking opportunities. This includes respecting deadlines, being punctual, and interacting respectfully with peers, instructors, and employers.

 

Note: The Career Navigator reserves the right to discontinue services if any of the above terms and conditions are not upheld by the participant.

The Career Navigation Program is designed for individuals with at least one year of manufacturing experience who are ready for direct employer referrals. 

Manufacturing Academy is designed to help individuals build foundational manufacturing skills, earn industry-recognized certifications, and prepare for employment opportunities.
