Welcome to Habitat for Humanity Seattle-King & Kittitas Counties' Homeownership Application. Please allow at least one hour to fill out the application and be as thorough as possible.

This is an application for our Yarrow Cottages development in South Park. 10 units will be selected via a pooled selection process.

You will be required to upload supporting financial documents, including the following:

  • Photo ID
  • Copies of completed and signed tax returns with W-2s and/or 1099s 
  • Pay stubs 
  • Bank statements

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THESE DOCUMENTS READY TO SUBMIT, PLEASE COLLECT THEM AND RETURN TO YOUR APPLICATION ONCE AVAILABLE TO UPLOAD - SUBMITTING AN INCOMPLETE APPLICATION WITHOUT REQUIRED DOCUMENTS WILL RESULT IN LONGER PROCESSING TIMES, AND POSSIBLE WITHDRAWAL FROM THE APPLICATION PROCESS.


Do not forget to click "Submit" when you have finished filling out the application, complete the e-signature, and then "Submit Signed Response". You will receive an email confirmation that your application was submitted successfully.

After submitting your completed application, you will be directed to another page to pay a non-refundable fee for a credit report check ($40 for a single applicant; $80 for an applicant + co-applicant).


You can save and resume your application at any time, however you cannot make additional edits once it has been submitted. After receiving your application, Habitat SKC staff will review your application and contact you about whether you are financially eligible or not. Note that completing this application does not guarantee you will be approved for a home.
