GLAD Law is aware of an increase in harassment and bullying against LGBTQ+ students – and we want to respond. We would like to learn more from families whose students are currently experiencing harassment or bullying at school, or who have in the past, based on being LGBTQ+.

You can make a difference by sharing your experience and filling out the form below. This is a difficult time for many young people and families – but in many cases, there are protections available for LGBTQ+ students. GLAD Law is working to clarify and expand some of those protections.

By completing this confidential survey, you will alert us to trends and help us push back against mistreatment of LGBTQ+ young people. Your response will also help us identify ways to address bullying and harassment. Depending on your situation, in some cases we may be able to offer information or referrals.
