In December 2024, four key pieces of legislation for childhood cancer were excluded by the 118th Congress in their year-end spending bill, or Continuing Resolution (CR). The bills were:

Creating Hope Reauthorization Act
Give Kids a Chance Act
Accelerating Kids Access to Care Act
Innovation in Pediatric Drugs Act

As the 119th Congress begins, we must push for the prioritization of childhood cancer by passing these four bills into law.
