Instructions:

Submit a DDT for every small group on your schedule.
A small group is defined as either the prioritized students you supported during core instruction (math, reading, science or social studies) or the prioritized students you supported during an intervention period.
Submit a separate DDT form for each small-group hosted.
Submit DDT forms by the end of the day of the lesson. Multiple tardy submissions will lead to disciplinary action.
