DOCUMENT UPLOAD

Confirmation of Matching Funds Project teams who have completed a Planning grant may apply for a two-year Sustaining grant, which requires a minimum of $5,000 in matching funds. Applicants must upload confirmation of matching funds. Eligible matching funds include external grants, Cornell grants and commitments from Cornell college/schools, departments and units. In-kind donations are not eligible.

Community Partner Statement of Collaboration Upload a signed statement of collaboration from a community partner describing the role that the community partner expects to play in the collaboration, benefits their organization or community will receive and how they will interact with Cornell students.
