2025 California Co-op Conference
Reduced Rate Scholarship Request & Student Registration Form

We are excited to share knowledge about cooperatives and make this opportunity accessible to as many people as possible. We understand that cost can be a challenge, and we want to support individuals and organizations who might not otherwise be able to attend. To help with this, we offer scholarship funds for those who need assistance with the registration fee and a special discounted rate for students. Both students and scholarship recipients are asked to volunteer during the conference.


Scholarships are awarded based on financial need, potential impact, and available funding. Priority is given to cooperatives, nonprofits, community-based organizations, and low-income individuals working to start a cooperative.


Minimum Scholarship Rates: $100 - $125


**Eligible student rates will be applied during registration**


To be considered, please submit your application as soon as possible, as funds are limited. Once approved, you will receive a special payment link to complete your registration.


The deadline to apply for a scholarship is Friday, April 25but awarded as funding is available, so please apply ASAP.

Student Verification
To qualify for student pricing ($85 for both days, $50 for one day), please upload a copy of your current student ID and complete this form. We will review your request and verify your ID. Once approved, you will receive a special payment link to complete your registration. Students receiving this discounted rate are also required to volunteer during the conference.

Scholarship Contribution & Registration Information

Scholarship recipients must contribute at least the minimum amount listed below. If you are able to contribute more, your additional support will help make the conference more accessible to community members in need.


Scholarship requests must be approved before payment. Once approved, recipients will receive a special payment link to complete their registration.


Minimum Contribution (CCCD membership discounted rate):

  • Full Conference: $125 (or $110 for members)
  • One-Day Conference: $100 (or $85 for members)

Student Conference Session Request
Student requests must be approved and student ID verified before payment. Once approved, recipients will receive a special payment link to complete their registration.

Volunteer Support
Your assistance helps us lower costs. We request that you support with two activities per day of attendance. Please check all areas you are interested in assisting with, and we will do our best to place you in your preferred areas.
