SIR 2026 Exhibitor Appointed Contractor Form

IMPORTANT:

SIR has secured Freeman as the official service contractor for the SIR Annual Scientific Meeting. Their team of contractors have the experience and resources required to meet all exhibitor needs.

If desired, an exhibitor may appoint a designated exhibitor contractor to provide labor and supervision for the installation and dismantling of an exhibit. Proper labor affiliation and a Certificate of Liability Insurance form must be submitted to Liam McNicholl at lmcnicholl@sirweb.org through this form no later than Friday, March 6, 2026.
