This assessment is designed to help us better understand and support individuals who have experienced exploitation, so we can provide the care and services they truly need.

We want you to know that your participation is completely voluntary, and you can stop at any time. Some of the questions may be sensitive or triggering, so please take care of yourself as you move through them.

You will not receive follow-up communication unless you request it.

Scarlet Road is a mandated reporter, we are required by law to report any abuse of a minor to CPS. Information will NOT be shared with any other authorities.
