Mandela Partners invites you to join us for a wellness and networking event at E14th Eatery+Kitchen in San Leandro on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm! This year's winter wellness and networking event is an opportunity for food business entrepreneurs to pause, reset, and prioritize their personal well-being through wellness practices and being in community with each other.



As food business owners, we often spend a lot of time working in our businesses—prepping, shopping for products, stuck behind a computer doing admin work, or simply in our own minds planning the next move. Finding Harmony in the Hustle focuses on slowing down under the sun. It's designed for food business entrepreneurs to be present, reconnect with nature, and themselves. Through grounding activities, mindfulness practices, and setting intentions, this is a space to slow down, recharge, and return to our work with renewed energy and clarity.



Through wellness workshops, mindfulness practices and activities, the entrepreneurs are encouraged to step away from their demanding schedules, pause and prioritize their wellness. This event goes beyond physical wellness, exploring the importance of social connections, family, emotional well-being, and personal growth. We hope this event will serve as a place for meaningful conversations that can grow into a supportive community. Together, we can create a network where we uplift each other, share resources, and collaborate on our journeys toward success and well-being.
