 ADU Resource Center - ADU Consultation Interest Form



Hello Housing and the ADU Resource Center of San Mateo County have partnered up to support homeowners, in member jurisdictions throughout San Mateo County, build ADUs.  The ADU Resource Center provides information, resources and tools to make it easier and less expensive for homeowners to build ADUs in San Mateo County. The ADU Resource Center is now providing support to homeowners who live in member jurisdictions with a one-hour free ADU consultation to help answer questions around the feasibility of your potential project, how to navigate the ADU development process and understanding the potential costs.


If you live in one of the following member cities, and you believe you could benefit from connecting with an ADU Specialist for a free virtual consultation, please take a moment and complete this ADU Consultation Interest Form.


Member jurisdictions include:  Atherton, Belmont, Brisbane, Burlingame, East Palo Alto, Foster City, Hillsborough, Pacifica, Portola Valley, Redwood City, San Bruno, San Carlos, San Mateo City, Menlo Park, Unincorporated San Mateo County, South San Francisco, or Woodside.  


Please note, the information you submit on this form will help us learn about your potential ADU or JADU project, unique site conditions, and where you are in your current process so that we can better assist you.  The Interest Form consists of four sections and should take you about 10-15 minutes to complete.  We really appreciate your time and willingness to share more about yourself and the goals for your ADU project.

 

Once you submit your interest form you will be placed on a waitlist and the team will reach out with invitations to set up the virtual consultation in the order your response was received.
