Program Overview

Learning Circles is an intensive capacity building initiative supporting nonprofits as they navigate the volatility of the current moment. This pilot initiative aims to move participating nonprofits from learning to application and runs from March 2026 to May 2026. It integrates the following modalities:

Expert-led in-person and virtual sessions
Individual organizational coaching
Peer collaboration

This learning circle will include a full-day in-person workshop and one-on-one coaching sessions with financial experts, Hilda Polanco and Rebecca Kellogg, from BDO. Participants may also join two 2-hour live virtual workshops on relevant rapid-response nonprofit finance topics.

Program Requirements

To participate in this program, each organization is required to:

Complete and submit the following self-assessment.
Upon completion, you will receive an Eventbrite link to register
Commit to completing the entire program from March 2026 through May 2026.
If feasible, send two staff members to attend each selected Learning Circle.

Pricing:

Nonprofit New York Members: $30 per organization
Non-members: $50 per organization
