At Teach for Kenya (TFK), we believe that every Kenyan child has a right to quality education and an opportunity to unlock their full potential regardless of their socio-economic background. Our mission is to build a movement of outstanding young leaders committed to ending education inequalities in our country.
Teach for Kenya recruits outstanding and diverse leaders to our unique fellowship program. We recruit graduates from different academic backgrounds, with degrees in education and other fields. As a Teach for Kenya fellow, you will commit two years to serving our country's low-income communities as a teacher leader. During this time, you will have an opportunity to immerse yourself fully in our partner schools and the community, working full-time as you hone your leadership skills, discovering the joys and challenges of enabling Kenyan children to access quality education and unlock their full potential.
We are recruiting for our Sixth cohort for the 2026- 2027 Teach for Kenya Fellowship. The minimum qualifications for you to join the fellowship are:
- You must be a Kenyan Citizen
- Below the age of 35
- Have a degree or be in your final year of learning, expecting to graduate by December 2025 and have finished classes by October.
