<p>Interviews can be tough when you're navigating the job market. Whether you're conducting an informational interview or putting on your button-down for a job interview, nerves can get in the way of success.</p><p> </p><p>This workshop invites the superstar employees at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation to share their wisdom and help attendees practice their interview skills. After attendees learn tips and tricks to make a great first impression, like the STAR (Situation Task Action Result) response method, from 4 to 4:30 pm, employees will join them in breakout rooms from 4:30 to 5:30 pm to conduct mock interviews and allow attendees to conduct informational interviews.</p><p> </p><p>Whether you're looking to impart your knowledge on the next generation or you're looking for practice before a big interview, this event is for you.</p>
