The Aspiring Latino Leaders Fellowship is a 9-month program designed to equip professionals in the education sector with the skills, network, and strategic insights needed to advance their careers and drive systemic change in education. The 2025-2026 program is a hybrid model with both virtual and in-person session. Attendance is mandatory at all sessions. Please review the session proposed dated and confirm your ability to attend.
The following attachments will be required as part of the application criteria:
- Resume (2-page max in .PDF or .DOC format)
- Short Response Questions (Attach as .DOC or PDF)
- Question 1: How have your experiences shaped your beliefs about education, and what role, if any, has your Latinx identity played in your leadership journey? (300 word limit)
- Question 2: Describe a time you advocated for or influenced a policy change in your professional role. What was the outcome? (300 word limit)
