To complete this form, you need the following information
for each school you are applying on behalf of:
- The Headteacher
- The Chair of Governors
- PAN Yr7-11
- Whole school Pupil Premium %
- P8 2024
- P8 Disadvantaged pupils 2024
- Current Ofsted rating
You will be asked to upload evidence that supports your
application. We are looking for evidence that addresses the key issues around admissions:
cost of attending school; lack of information for parents; inaccessible
information written in complex language and admissions policies that prioritise
proximity to the school. Examples of
this could include:
- FSAP Action Plan
- Admissions Policy
- Your prospectus
- Parent versions of PP Strategies
- Screen shots from your website
Evidence can be uploaded throughout the form, but you can only
upload a single piece of evidence at each opportunity. Therefore, if you would
like to upload multiple files you will need to first create a zip file. You do
this by placing the files in a folder, right clicking on the folder and click
on compress file.
You will be asked to write responses to two key questions,
responses should be no more than 500 words, but you are encouraged to be concise.
- Outline the evidence that you would like us to consider relating to how your organisation ensures that all children have fair access to your school.
- Please provide a brief reflection of the impact of these approaches for your community.
