How to Order

1. Fill in all the required contact information below.
2. Select the performance(s) you would like to attend and completely fill out the form.  
3. Click the “Submit” button!
4. No payment will be required when you click “Submit.” An invoice will be sent five weeks prior to the performance. Payment due upon receipt.  

5.  All payments MUST be paid in full at least one week prior to the performance.  Payment will NOT be accepted on the day of the performance.  

What Happens Next?

1. Our Ticket Office will be emailed a copy of your reservation form and enter it into our ticketing system. A copy of your form submission will also be emailed to the email address you entered for the Field Trip Coordinator.
2. Performance confirmations will be sent within one week of submitting your request.
3. If your order cannot be placed due to availability, our Ticket Office will contact your Field Trip Coordinator by phone and email.
