Slow Food: Taste & Talk with Europe’s Food Changemakers

Coming from the 27 EU Member States and Ukraine, our farmers and producers will share with you their stories of resilience, while you taste their agroecological products— from Irish Coolattin cheddar to Polish elderflower syrup, and Slovakian poppy-seed strudel—and engage in meaningful dialogue on the future of EU agri-food policy. 

This is more than a tasting. This is an innovative format grounded in lived experiences, where food becomes the entry point to discuss constructively policy challenges.
