Urban Ecology Traineeship Expression of Interest

Cody Dock is piloting an Urban Ecology Traineeship, which aims to provide hands-on experience of practical ecology and conservation skills. Whether you’re a recent graduate looking to apply your learnings, keen to transition careers, or simply want to learn from our Biodiversity Officers with a like-minded cohort. This free course will run over 4 months for 2 days a week, working towards supporting the next generation of whole-systems hands on experience in urban ecology skills across our key habitats, as well as support to develop and run your own sessions for wildlife monitoring, habitat maintenance and citizen science education. For this pilot cohort, we will be focusing primarily on the ecologies of Brownfield habitats. This form is an expression of interest, not a formal application. We will get back to you in the coming months with more details and the full application form. If you have any questions or want to chat to see if this Traineeship is right for you, send us an email at alisa@codydock.org.uk.
