Terms and Conditions

  • Applicant and Neighborhood Allies mutually agree to work in good faith; communicate openly, regularly, and respectfully; and pursue the vision and goals of the Applicant’s project as stated.
  • For each predevelopment task or vendor, Applicant agrees to solicit bids from at least one MWDBE firm.
  • Applicant agrees to periodically report to Neighborhood Allies on the progress of the project.
  • All publications, press releases, exhibits, interviews, or other means of communication dealing with the activities, progress, or completion of the work supported by Neighborhood Allies, financially or otherwise, will acknowledge the support of Neighborhood Allies. The Applicant will provide copies of all printed materials, newspaper articles, and other publicity pertaining to the project to Neighborhood Allies.
